1. Prepare accurate financial forecasts for the VCA Corp teams in the Americas, focusing on Network Capex and Sales.
2. Contribute to budget and LE planning cycles for Capex expenditures and manage BU/LE System uploads using Gemini and Anaplan.
3. Implement tools and processes to analyze expense evolutions and prepare monthly reports for the Store Planning Team.
4. Provide recommendations and guidance on actions necessary to achieve financial targets, manage costs, and explore synergy and efficiency opportunities within operations.
5. Deliver clear and accurate financial analysis to budget owners for cost control and planning, including Capex analysis, variance analysis, and network sales analysis.
6. Prepare business review packages for both HQ and local budget owners within the Maison.
7. Partner with the Accounting team on monthly and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate submission of accruals and provisions.
8. Ensure compliance with HQ reporting requirements and accounting policies, providing supporting documents for PwC audits.
9. Maintain the integrity of the Investment Management System and manage Capex IO and new boutique project code creation.
10. Coordinate requests from local, regional, and Group levels, collaborating with Finance and Corporate teams.

1. BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting.
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within the Retail industry.

1. Strong base knowledge of finance, accounting, and operations principles.
2. Proven ability to work with all levels of an organization and foster cross-departmental relationships.
3. Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and proactively question and challenge to prioritize and identify solutions.
4. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and organize workload to meet organizational timelines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and ERP (SAP strongly preferred).
6. Excellent analytical skills with a thorough understanding of reporting and processes.
7. Willingness to dive deep into details while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture.
8. Previous experience with luxury consumer products is desired.
9. Knowledge of SAP and comfort with BI reporting systems (Power BI, Anaplan) is a plus.
10. Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude.

3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably within the Retail industry.

BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting.

Expected salary range: $120,000 - $130,000. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
