Van Cleef & Arpels Finance Planning & Analysis Senior Reporting Analyst

- Anticipate and address FP&A Maison & Regional reporting needs by developing and implementing automated reporting dashboards using Power BI.
- Coordinate the maintenance of automated reports and dashboards, ensuring compliance with IT and security guidelines.
- Develop and deliver training for existing users on new reporting tools and processes.
- Serve as the Maison Finance HQ point of reference for Google Cloud Platform deployment, including formalizing needs and participating in workshops and testing.
- Support the Maison Anaplan implementation in collaboration with developers and key users, managing the Van Cleef & Arpels Finance Anaplan application.
- Contribute to controlling projects such as the coordination of the mid-term strategic plan, providing technical support and enhancing simulation tools.
- Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in reporting analysis, preferably within an international environment.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI and Looker, and forecasting solutions like Anaplan.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong foundation in reporting analysis and data insights.
- Proficiency in data extraction, processing, and modeling using Excel.
- Ability to leverage automation to enhance financial processes.
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities.
- Proactive and autonomous work ethic.
A minimum of 4-5 years in reporting analysis, preferably in an international setting.
