1. Assist in various financial control missions for the different legal entities of Van Cleef & Arpels, including headquarters, workshops, and the School of Jewelry Arts.
2. Support investment request tracking for all entities within the French perimeter.
3. Participate in monthly closing operations, including stock entry preparation, entrusted stock reconciliation, and monthly stock analysis by category (stone, metal, work-in-progress).
4. Provide support to the Financial Control team in management control tasks, such as budget adherence and variance analysis.
5. Assist in monitoring communication expenses for the School of Jewelry Arts and investments across all entities.
6. Participate in inventory management and quarterly reconciliation of entrusted stocks with manufacturers.
7. Support the Financial Control team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong organizational skills.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in corporate finance is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Interns will receive training on the history and values of Van Cleef & Arpels at the School of Jewelry Arts, providing a comprehensive introduction to the brand's heritage.
