1. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director, representing the Maison with professionalism and poise.
2. Manage complex calendars and scheduling, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and travel arrangements.
3. Participate in senior stakeholder meetings, ensuring confidentiality and providing support in minute-taking, presentation creation, and report preparation.
4. Proactively support the Maison's event calendar, offering organizational assistance as needed.

1. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
2. Extensive experience with Outlook, PowerPoint, expense management, and SAP PO management.
