1. Analyze the Italian market context and contribute to the annual event planning in collaboration with the Marketing & Communication Manager.
2. Implement the annual event plan and monitor results against objectives.
3. Manage multiple projects, maintaining precise and reliable retro-planning for each.
4. Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders involved in events, conducting follow-up meetings and resolving bottlenecks.
5. Develop and report local event content needs, including adaptations and new content.
6. Build and identify a strong network of collaboration with external partners.
7. Conduct site inspections, location scouting, and meetings with key partners and suppliers.
8. Create detailed pre-event presentations and consolidate comprehensive post-event reports.
9. Manage and coordinate the processes and logistics of entire events and productions.
10. Construct and control event budgets, adhering to assigned objectives, and regularly share reports.
11. Monitor invoices, purchase orders, payments, and administrative workflow in SAP.
12. Supervise production teams to ensure delivery within timelines, standards of excellence, and budget.

1. Proven experience in event management within the luxury sector.
2. Strong strategic vision and pragmatic approach.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.

1. Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.
2. Exceptional planning and organizational abilities.
3. Strong relationship-building and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
4. Attention to detail and precision in budget management and reporting.

Solid experience in event management, particularly within the luxury industry.
