1. Plan and execute out-store events and projects to enhance the brand image.
2. Coordinate department store fairs, high jewelry dinners, commercial events, PR events, and pop-up boutiques in collaboration with cross-functional teams and Paris headquarters.
3. Supervise suppliers and agencies to ensure seamless event execution.
4. Organize all logistical aspects required for events efficiently.
5. Manage cost estimation and budgeting for each project.

1. Minimum 3 years of event project coordinating experience, preferably in the luxury industry.
2. Business fluency in both Japanese and English.

2. Proficiency in MS Office and general PC skills.
3. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented with a focus on goals, flexibility, and out-of-the-box thinking.
