Van Cleef & Arpels Event Manager

- Strategize and propose the annual event calendar in collaboration with the Senior Communications Manager, ensuring timely execution of all major milestones.
- Lead the briefing, conceptualization, planning, and execution of events for product launches, exhibitions, and seasonal or collection animations.
- Create and refine event proposals to secure buy-in and validation from internal teams and regional or HQ teams.
- Oversee event operations, including action plans, team briefings, production schedules, and budget management.
- Support client and PR events in partnership with CRM and PR teams.
- Collaborate with retail, marketing, merchandising, and PR counterparts to ensure a comprehensive 360-degree approach to all events.
- Manage agency and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.
- Lead venue scouting and planning, securing management and security team approval to accommodate client and press journeys.
- Supervise event agency management before, during, and after events, ensuring clarity in project phases across all teams.
- Monitor market trends and suppliers within the event landscape.
- Oversee the planning of event report templates, coordinating inputs for budget reconciliation and post-event reports.
- Manage up-to-date event action plans to support quality event delivery.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations for invoice submission and payment processing, capturing all expenses within the same month.
- Proven experience in event management.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and creative.
- Proficiency in English; additional Asian languages are advantageous.
Proven experience in event management within a luxury or high-end environment is required.
