1. Assist in the production, validation, and translation of editorial content across various platforms including client emails, website, social media, press kits, catalogs, and portfolios.
2. Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary elements for content creation.
3. Contribute to writing and editing texts in both French and English, ensuring internal validation and translation accuracy.
4. Maintain the general schedule for communications and ensure timely updates.
5. Coordinate the layout of press kits, including gathering iconographic elements and liaising with external agencies or graphic designers.
6. Actively participate in editorial secretariat tasks and the approval process for press kits in collaboration with project managers.
7. Keep the team's budget forecast updated and manage the transmission of billing information.

1. Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field.

2. Proficiency in digital platforms and social media.
3. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
4. Creative sensitivity and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work autonomously and rigorously.
6. Fluency in English and French.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and InDesign.

No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in luxury jewelry and watchmaking is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Interns will receive training on the history and values of Van Cleef & Arpels at L’École des Arts Joailliers.
