1. Lead the design and implementation of unique digital experiences to support the brand's digital innovation objectives.
2. Manage all phases of innovation projects, including project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, requirements gathering, user story creation, content preparation, testing, launch, and optimization.
3. Ensure seamless project flow by maintaining project management tools and presentation materials, identifying risks, and proposing solutions.
4. Conduct active market research to identify new digital and technological opportunities, propose meaningful solutions, and oversee their development and feasibility.
5. Encourage local markets to champion local trends and opportunities while evaluating their proposals.
6. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, communication, product owners, UX/UI, SEO, data) and external agencies and partners.
7. Contribute to internal design education efforts and ensure reference tools are updated.

1. Proven experience in managing digital projects focused on innovative technologies and/or hardware.
2. Strong client and solution-oriented mindset.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build consensus around proposals.
4. Fluent in English.

2. Proficient in functional logic and one or more CMS platforms.
3. Autonomous, organized, and proactive in project execution.

Substantial experience in digital project management with a focus on innovative technologies and hardware.
