1. Support the Boutique Manager in building customer loyalty and developing the sales team to optimize turnover and ensure store profitability.
2. Act as the operational and managerial point of contact in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
3. Drive sales and customer loyalty while ensuring compliance with business practices.
4. Assist in managing the team to ensure smooth store operations and achievement of objectives.
5. Oversee financial, administrative, and audit management of the boutique.

1. Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive career experience in the luxury industry.

1. Strong leadership and customer service skills.
2. Experience in a fast-paced retail boutique environment.
3. Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
4. Fluency in German and English.
5. Client experience and service orientation.
