- Ensure the availability of product information and spare parts necessary for jewelry interventions, including repairs and sales services.
- Participate in identifying component needs and improving component stock management.
- Draft technical briefs for new product launches.
- Contribute to the dissemination of technical information to regional teams through training sessions and communication materials.
- Manage and update technical information in marketing books and the product intranet, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Participate in the improvement of internal tools and documentation for the Customer Service team.
- Currently enrolled as a student with a passion for jewelry and customer service.
- Strong ability to synthesize information and understand technical aspects of jewelry products.
- Autonomy and rigor in task execution.
- Enthusiasm and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in English and comfort in an international work environment.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in the jewelry industry and customer service is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
