1. Ensure the availability of product information and spare parts necessary for jewelry interventions, including repairs and sales services.
2. Participate in identifying component needs and improving component stock management.
3. Draft technical briefs for new product launches.
4. Contribute to the dissemination of technical information to regional teams through training sessions and communication materials.
5. Manage and update technical information in marketing books and the product intranet, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
6. Participate in the improvement of internal tools and documentation for the Customer Service team.

1. Currently enrolled as a student with a passion for jewelry and customer service.
2. Strong ability to synthesize information and understand technical aspects of jewelry products.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in the jewelry industry and customer service is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
