1. Support the deployment of CRM strategies within the APA region to enhance client loyalty.
2. Manage the scheduling, testing, and deployment of email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
3. Coordinate translations and campaign briefs for local markets, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
4. Collaborate with headquarters and regional markets to implement clienteling campaigns and align targeting guidelines.
5. Facilitate the coordination of mailing campaigns, including order management, distribution, and client list sharing.
6. Forecast budgets and quantities for upcoming campaigns.
7. Monitor clienteling tools, manage technical issues, and consolidate market feedback for tool enhancements.
8. Analyze campaign performance through dashboards and provide actionable insights.
9. Maintain the CRM campaign calendar and benchmark competitor strategies.

1. Proven professional experience in client engagement.
2. Proficiency in English, with Cantonese and Mandarin as advantageous.
3. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MS Office.
