1. Define and leverage consistent client journeys to acquire, engage, and retain clients through automated communications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
2. Develop creative assets and content for client programs in collaboration with the Communication team across various activation channels such as email, MMS, WhatsApp, WeChat, and others.
3. Implement or oversee the implementation of digital client programs through customer journeys, ensuring alignment with project specifics.
4. Support the development and setup of automated transactional activations to ensure consistency with the global client activation strategy.
5. Monitor activation performances and deliver regular global reporting to identify insights and improve strategies.
6. Define targeting, supervise list extractions, and monitor offline activation performances such as Welcome books and portfolios.
7. Manage and monitor the client programs budget.
