1. Support the CRM team in France & Monaco under the Retail Direction.
2. Assist in client reporting and satisfaction analysis, including surveys and responding to Google reviews.
3. Manage client gift restocking in boutiques.
4. Serve as the liaison for boutiques on client-related matters.
5. Coordinate with suppliers and oversee invoice tracking.
6. Act as the point of contact for the storage service provider.
7. Participate in boutique events and manage gift campaigns for occasions such as Christmas, Spring, Chinese New Year, and the Moon Festival.
8. Contribute to 1-to-1 clienteling programs and email marketing campaigns.
9. Engage in various CRM projects and cross-functional initiatives with Marketing and Events teams.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a Business School (Master 1 or Master 2).

1. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
3. Autonomous and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset.
4. Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in the luxury jewelry and watchmaking industry is essential.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a Business School (Master 1 or Master 2).
