- Drive the strategic development of the Turkish market, ensuring alignment with the Maison's brand equity and client excellence standards.
- Lead the strategic roadmap, steering sales, client development, marketing, communication, and people leadership to enhance the Maison’s presence and growth.
- Define and execute a robust retail network strategy, identifying growth opportunities and securing a best-in-class boutique footprint.
- Cultivate and expand an influential ecosystem of clients, media, cultural institutions, and strategic partners, with a focus on High Jewellery.
- Shape and elevate the marketing and communication roadmap to strengthen brand visibility and desirability.
- Lead the annual business plan and budget cycle, overseeing sales performance, A&P, Capex, FTEs, and full P&L management.
- Ensure alignment with Group, Maison, and local regulatory frameworks while executing market initiatives and strategic priorities.
- Foster a collaborative, empowered, and high-performing culture by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Reinforce strong governance and cross-team alignment, anticipating organizational needs and adapting structures to evolving business dynamics.
- Solid understanding of the retail industry with strong financial acumen.
- Deep knowledge of the Turkish market.
- Fluency in Turkish and English.
- Strategic and forward-thinking mindset.
- Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Strong leadership and accountability.
Extensive experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record in strategic market development and team leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
