1. Oversee statutory accounts for three entities within the Maison and manage fiscal results and tax calculations.
2. Lead the financial closing process in collaboration with the Financial Controller, ensuring compliance with Richemont Group deadlines, internal procedures, legal obligations, and IFRS standards.
3. Propose and implement process optimizations, enhance digital tools within the scope, and update procedural documentation.
4. Participate in the integration of new business scopes.
5. Manage a team of three accountants, fostering a long-term organizational vision and supporting team members in skill development.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on similar roles.

1. Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Cegid, along with other IT tools.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
3. Client-oriented with the ability to build and maintain trustful relationships.
4. Leadership skills with the ability to unite and develop teams.
5. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

A minimum of 10 years in accounting, particularly in roles with similar responsibilities.
