- Oversee statutory accounts for three entities within the Maison and manage fiscal results and tax calculations.
- Lead the financial closing process in collaboration with the Financial Controller, ensuring compliance with Richemont Group deadlines, internal procedures, legal obligations, and IFRS standards.
- Propose and implement process optimizations, enhance digital tools within the scope, and update procedural documentation.
- Participate in the integration of new business scopes.
- Manage a team of three accountants, fostering a long-term organizational vision and supporting team members in skill development.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on similar roles.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Cegid, along with other IT tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Client-oriented with the ability to build and maintain trustful relationships.
- Leadership skills with the ability to unite and develop teams.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
A minimum of 10 years in accounting, particularly in roles with similar responsibilities.
