- Support the Conference Department in creating and managing in-person and online conferences across multiple regions, including Europe, Asia-Pacific, China, and the Middle East.
- Review and revise the content and format of upcoming conferences.
- Contribute to the graphic redesign and updating of existing presentations.
- Draft commentary for certain conferences in the catalog.
- Assist in developing educational content for courses at L'École des Arts Joailliers.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
- Previous experience in a museum, cultural institution, or company.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Interest in jewelry history, gemology, and craftsmanship.
- Curiosity about different cultures and civilizations.
Previous experience in a museum, cultural institution, or company is required.
Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
