1. Support the Conference Department in creating and managing in-person and online conferences across multiple regions, including Europe, Asia-Pacific, China, and the Middle East.
2. Review and revise the content and format of upcoming conferences.
3. Contribute to the graphic redesign and updating of existing presentations.
4. Draft commentary for certain conferences in the catalog.
5. Assist in developing educational content for courses at L'École des Arts Joailliers.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
2. Previous experience in a museum, cultural institution, or company.

1. Proficiency in PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Interest in jewelry history, gemology, and craftsmanship.
6. Curiosity about different cultures and civilizations.

Previous experience in a museum, cultural institution, or company is required.

Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
