1. Coordinate content across all headquarters teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
2. Work closely with the International Content team and headquarters teams to oversee resource deployment across various channels.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for information sharing, conducting regular meetings with different departments to gather and disseminate needs.
4. Formalize information within the Maison's tracking tools and ensure regular internal sharing.
5. Consolidate and maintain the Maison's communication calendar, compiling schedules for media, social networks, website, CRM, events, heritage exhibitions, and local calendars.
6. Propose and implement tools and processes to manage increasing content flow effectively.

1. Experience in content coordination and operational knowledge of communication roles.
2. Proficiency in English and MS Project.

Previous experience in content coordination within a communication or marketing department is required.
