1. Lead the Color Stone division dedicated to High Jewelry, Objects, and Watchmaking, ensuring alignment with the O&M direction to promote the Maison's values.
2. Participate in defining and implementing business strategies for the division.
3. Guarantee the quality and efficiency of project management for high jewelry, objects, and watchmaking stones.
4. Develop and monitor tools for activity management.
5. Drive or contribute to various cross-functional projects, ensuring effective collaboration with other departments.
6. Build and maintain trustful relationships with internal clients and suppliers.
7. Ensure team members' skill development and motivation, supporting their professional growth while achieving expected results.
