- Coordinate projects to ensure the implementation of service offerings for jewelry creations globally, in line with the brand's standards.
- Support the development of new product lines by anticipating client needs and ensuring the quality and availability of necessary components and technical information.
- Define the management model for components required for interventions, including overseeing the referencing of components and ensuring central stock availability.
- Act as the product reference within the Client Services community by developing and deploying assets and communications to disseminate product knowledge worldwide.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Retail, Development, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, and regional teams to ensure project milestones and brand standards are met.
- Advanced degree (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in project management within an international environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Product sensitivity and understanding of luxury goods.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
Candidates must have a successful track record in project management, particularly in an international setting.
Advanced degree (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
