- Assist the Customer Service Project Managers in daily tasks, focusing on the deployment of digital solutions for clients on the website and applications.
- Coordinate content creation, gather user requirements, and analyze user data to enhance digital solutions.
- Collaborate with global Customer Service teams across regions including the US, Asia, Europe, Japan, and the Middle East.
- Enhance the customer experience through digital solution improvements in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Participate in planning and facilitating meetings to promote the Customer Service team within the organization.
- Promote projects to the international Van Cleef & Arpels Customer Service community.
- Experience in international commerce or marketing.
- Strong organizational skills.

Prior experience in international commerce or marketing is required.
The internship includes training at L'École des Arts Joailliers, focusing on the history and values of Van Cleef & Arpels.
