Van Cleef & Arpels Client Services Coordinator

- Manage inquiries from boutiques, Customer Relation Center (CRC), and Client Services (CS) platform.
- Handle after-sales processes, stock maintenance, and strap coordination with the Atelier for seamless repair operations.
- Monitor repair status and respond to inquiries from Boutiques, CRC, and Atelier.
- Foster strong collaboration between Atelier and Maison to enhance client experience satisfaction.
- Ensure local compliance with CS standards as per headquarters' guidelines and oversee client service levels in stores and repair platforms.
- Plan, lead, and implement new guidelines to improve repair services.
- Participate in and organize community and training events related to client services.
- Experience in client services, logistics, sales administration, or equivalent fields.
- Client-oriented with attentive and patient listening skills.
- Ability to manage urgent situations with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in PC applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese.
- Team player.
Relevant experience in client services, logistics, or sales administration is required.
