- Manage product registration for repairs and maintenance.
- Obtain updates from service facilities and factories, assisting sales associates with client communications.
- Ensure accuracy of After Sales Service statistical information and inventory results.
- Consult with management or members of the sales team on After Sales issues.
- Provide support to Sales Associates and Back-Office team as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the store's appearance.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in the luxury watches or jewelry industry preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
Minimum of 2 years in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role, preferably within the luxury sector.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Salary: $30-$32/hourly.
