1. Manage product registration for repairs and maintenance.
2. Obtain updates from service facilities and factories, assisting sales associates with client communications.
3. Ensure accuracy of After Sales Service statistical information and inventory results.
4. Consult with management or sales team members on After Sales issues.
5. Support Sales Associates and Back-Office team as needed.
6. Assist in maintaining the store's appearance.

1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
2. Strong client-facing abilities.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury environment.

At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role, preferably within the luxury watches or jewelry industry.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience.
