1. Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique and manage inbound calls.
3. Provide written responses to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing topics such as hours of operation and repair process queries.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field, or a year of experience in a retail, contact center, or customer service environment.

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
3. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

A minimum of one year in a retail, contact center, or customer service environment.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. Expected salary range is $26.44 per hour.
