Van Cleef & Arpels Client Services Associate

- Manage product registration for repairs and maintenance.
- Obtain updates from service facilities and factories, assisting sales associates with client communications.
- Ensure accuracy of After Sales Service statistical information and inventory results.
- Consult with management or sales team members on After Sales issues.
- Provide support to Sales Associates and Back-Office team as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the store's appearance.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP.
- Strong ability to assist clients and sales team in a fast-paced luxury environment.
A minimum of 2 years in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role, preferably within the luxury watches or jewelry industry.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Salary: $30-$32/hourly, negotiable based on skills and prior work experience.
