1. Deliver exceptional client experiences by supporting Sales Associates and maintaining daily boutique operations.
2. Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies, ensuring smooth operations.
3. Participate in the setup and breakdown of the boutique during opening and closing.
4. Manage morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling, along with backstock maintenance.
5. Accurately backfill POS stations and desks.
6. Maintain strong partnerships with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise is kept in proper condition.
7. Greet clients and assist with Reception duties.
8. Adhere to all protocols defined by Management and Corporate regarding the client experience.
9. Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels' image by maintaining a professional demeanor and following the Service Charter.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

1. Strong organizational skills and adept at multitasking.
2. Proficiency in computer skills.
3. Excellent communication and verbal abilities.
4. Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
5. Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.

At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. Expected salary range is $25-$27 per hour.
