- Deliver exceptional client experiences by supporting Sales Associates and maintaining daily boutique operations.
- Manage the daily replenishment of selling floor supplies to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in the setup and breakdown of the boutique during opening and closing times.
- Handle morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling, ensuring proper backstock maintenance.
- Accurately backfill POS stations and desks.
- Maintain strong partnerships with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise is in optimal condition.
- Greet clients and assist with Reception duties, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Adhere to all protocols defined by Management and Corporate regarding client experience.
- Uphold the Van Cleef & Arpels image by maintaining a professional demeanor and following the Service Charter.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Excellent communication and verbal abilities.
- Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.
At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Salary range: $28-$30 per hour, negotiable based on skills and prior work experience.
