1. Deliver exceptional client experiences by supporting Sales Associates and maintaining daily boutique operations.
2. Manage the daily replenishment of selling floor supplies to ensure seamless operations.
3. Participate in the setup and breakdown of the boutique during opening and closing times.
4. Handle morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling, ensuring proper backstock maintenance.
5. Accurately backfill POS stations and desks.
6. Maintain strong partnerships with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise is in optimal condition.
7. Greet clients and assist with Reception duties, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
8. Adhere to all protocols defined by Management and Corporate regarding client experience.
9. Uphold the Van Cleef & Arpels image by maintaining a professional demeanor and following the Service Charter.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

1. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
2. Proficiency in computer skills.
3. Excellent communication and verbal abilities.
4. Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
5. Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.

At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Salary range: $28-$30 per hour, negotiable based on skills and prior work experience.
