3. Provide written responses to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing topics such as hours of operation and repair process queries.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field, or one year of experience in a retail, contact center, or customer service environment.

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
3. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

A minimum of one year in a retail, contact center, or customer service environment is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience.
