1. Greet customers in a professional and engaging manner.
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel within the boutique.
3. Manage inbound calls efficiently.
4. Provide written responses to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing topics such as hours of operation and repair process queries.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field, or equivalent experience in retail, contact center, or customer service.

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.

At least one year of experience in a retail, contact center, or customer service environment is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field is preferred.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. Expected salary range is $26.44 per hour.
