- Greet customers in a professional and engaging manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel within the boutique.
- Manage inbound calls efficiently.
- Provide written responses to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing topics such as hours of operation and repair process queries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field, or equivalent experience in retail, contact center, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
At least one year of experience in a retail, contact center, or customer service environment is preferred.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. Expected salary range is $26.44 per hour.
