1. Deliver exceptional client experiences by supporting Sales Associates and maintaining daily boutique operations.
2. Manage daily replenishment of selling floor supplies, ensuring smooth operations.
3. Participate in boutique opening and closing procedures, including set-up and breakdowns.
4. Handle morning jewelry set-up and evening jewelry pulling, maintaining backstock.
5. Accurately backfill POS stations and desks.
6. Maintain strong partnerships with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise is in proper condition.
7. Greet clients and assist with Reception duties.
8. Adhere to all protocols defined by Management and Corporate regarding client experience.
9. Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels' image by maintaining a professional demeanor and following the Service Charter.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

1. Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
2. Proficiency in computer skills.
3. Excellent communication and verbal abilities.
4. Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
5. Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.

At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Salary range: $25-$27 per hour, negotiable based on skills and prior work experience.
