- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the local clientele and create action plans to enhance client loyalty through data analysis and performance monitoring.
- Deploy and adapt client activation and clienteling strategies to meet local needs, ensuring the implementation of clienteling tools and programs.
- Oversee the client experience by managing client-related programs, guidelines, and tools, including F&B selection and gifting coordination.
- Monitor client satisfaction through tools like Medalia and Mystery Shopping, addressing pain points and sharing best practices.
- Extensive experience in CRM, Marketing, or Retail within the luxury retail sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills in Korean and English.
