- Oversee the daily operations and management of the Client Relations Center.
- Act as the primary point of contact for e-Boutique Sales Associates.
- Monitor and manage performance and sales KPIs, ensuring follow-up actions with Client Advisors.
- Ensure client satisfaction and quality KPIs are met, managing follow-up actions accordingly.
- Guide and manage the team to achieve sales targets and service level agreements across various channels.
- Ensure compliance with Maison's policies and commercial rules.
- Enhance cross-functional collaborations to ensure seamless client journeys.
- Implement strategic initiatives to improve client experiences.
- Lead Client Service projects and drive improvements.
- Develop and manage team schedules and shifts.
- Champion the implementation of new strategies and projects.
- Handle escalated issues in coordination with Online Retail, Client Development, and boutique teams.
- Analyze client interactions to inform training and coaching initiatives.
- Conduct team meetings and assess team quality to define coaching needs.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Monitor and review performance objectives and KPIs for Client Advisors.
- Foster team development and recognize accomplishments.
- Previous leadership experience managing large teams in a high-quality customer experience environment.
- Proven ability to work independently with a logical and methodical approach.
- Proactive with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Contact Centre tools such as Salesforce and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Previous experience in a Client Relations Center setting is advantageous. Luxury retail experience is a plus.
