1. Manage daily operations and calls within the Client Relations Center (CRC).
2. Lead forward selling and Clienteling initiatives to ensure superior client service.
3. Monitor team performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing follow-up actions with Ambassadors.
4. Develop and oversee Clienteling plans with Ambassadors, ensuring a seamless client journey both online and offline.
5. Provide coaching and development for the team, including one-on-one meetings, feedback sessions, and role-playing exercises.
6. Address and resolve escalated issues in collaboration with Operations, Client Development teams, and boutiques.

1. Proven leadership experience in boutique management or relevant luxury business fields.
2. Native proficiency in Japanese and business-level English.
