Van Cleef & Arpels Client Insights Manager

- Lead and deliver monthly and quarterly in-depth studies on client lifecycle, segmentation shifts, and product collector patterns.
- Proactively monitor key business trends, flag anomalies, and recommend areas for deeper investigation.
- Translate insights into recommendations that influence client development initiatives, product positioning, and commercial opportunities.
- Partner with HQ on market feedback and needs.
- Own all monthly product-client reporting, identifying collector trends and monitoring product performance around launches.
- Design and deliver pre- and post-launch analyses, providing insights to Client Development and Marketing.
- Recommend reporting frameworks that translate client-product data into actionable insights.
- Interpret and visualize client data for cross-functional department initiatives.
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the client database ecosystem, including Service Cloud, SAP, BI, Looker, GCP, and Salesforce.
- Focus on continuous improvement of data collection, maintenance, cleansing, and enhancements of datasets.
- Serve as a point of contact for CRM regionals and corporate pillars, ensuring consistent understanding and application of client data.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing data and analytics projects
- Strong reporting knowledge
- Expert-level knowledge of client database ecosystem
- Experience with Service Cloud, SAP, BI, Looker, GCP
- Salesforce experience is a plus

Bachelor’s degree required.
Expected salary range is $120,000-$125,000 per year. This role is eligible for a yearly bonus.
