- Support the effective utilization of client insights and the implementation of data-driven CRM and Clienteling strategies for the Japan market.
- Collaborate with various teams to support client development, CRM/Clienteling executions, and data quality management.
- Translate database insights into predictive purchase behavior to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Measure performance results and progress on CRM, Client Experience, and Clienteling programs to drive client engagement, recruitment, upgrade, and loyalty.
- Manage client database to improve data accuracy and quality, and resolve various data issues.
- Native proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills for analyzing client, sales, and marketing data.
- Proficiency in Excel and any Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Ability to simplify complex information for a wider audience and clarify key findings and actions.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and agile approach to work.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with motivation and agility.
Experience in the retail business, preferably within a luxury retail brand or similar environment.
