- Support the effective utilization of client insights and implement data-driven CRM and Clienteling strategies for the Japan market, aligning with Maison objectives.
- Collaborate with various teams to support client development, CRM/Clienteling executions, and data quality management.
- Translate database insights into predictive purchase behavior to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Measure performance results on CRM, Client Experience, and Clienteling programs to drive client engagement, recruitment, upgrade, and loyalty.
- Manage client database to improve data accuracy and quality, resolving data issues, and managing client consolidation, modification, and deletion processes.
- Native Japanese proficiency and business-level English.
- Understanding of the retail business, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Analytical skills and logical thinking to analyze client, sales, and marketing data.
- Ability to simplify complex information for a wider audience and clarify key findings and actions.
- Proficiency in Excel and any Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and agile approach to cross-functional work.
Experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
