- Coordinate and prepare client treatment for international high jewelry events and trips, collaborating with regional and HQ teams.
- Plan and manage client treatment for local events, ensuring seamless execution of in-boutique experiences.
- Support boutiques in designing and implementing personalized client treatments, providing necessary training.
- Monitor client feedback and adjust experiences as needed to enhance satisfaction.
- Build and maintain external partnerships to elevate client treatment standards.
- Manage F&B selection in boutiques, adhering to Maison guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with gifting guidelines, coordinate orders, and oversee gifting campaigns.
- Track and report on the effectiveness and ROI of gifting initiatives.
- Maintain and update client-facing tools, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Professional experience in CRM, marketing, or retail within the luxury industry or hospitality sector.
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach with clients and colleagues.
- Adaptable and flexible mindset with the ability to embrace change.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Korean and English.
Professional experience in CRM, marketing, or retail within the luxury industry or hospitality sector is required.
