Van Cleef & Arpels Client Experience Intern

- Participate in the development and implementation of client experience projects across the international Van Cleef & Arpels network.
- Assist in the creation and deployment of client engagement tools, from creative briefing to production launch.
- Manage key partnerships and draft guidelines for the international boutique network.
- Monitor the implementation of projects in boutiques, ensuring proper integration and deployment.
- Engage with various departments such as Marketing, Communication, Quality, and Purchasing, as well as external partners and regional teams.
- Conduct market benchmarks and competitor analysis to enhance luxury market knowledge.
- Currently enrolled as a student with an interest in luxury retail and client experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Curiosity and service-oriented mindset with multicultural sensitivity.
- Proactive and organized with attention to detail.
- Creative proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, or other digital tools.
- Fluency in English and French.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail and client experience is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree, preferably in a related field.
Comprehensive training on the history and values of Van Cleef & Arpels at L’École des Arts Joailliers.
