1. Participate in the development and implementation of client experience projects across the international Van Cleef & Arpels network.
2. Assist in the creation and deployment of client engagement tools, from creative briefing to production launch.
3. Manage key partnerships and draft guidelines for the international boutique network.
4. Monitor the implementation of projects in boutiques, ensuring proper integration and deployment.
5. Engage with various departments such as Marketing, Communication, Quality, and Purchasing, as well as external partners and regional teams.
6. Conduct market benchmarks and competitor analysis to enhance luxury market knowledge.

1. Currently enrolled as a student with an interest in luxury retail and client experience.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
2. Curiosity and service-oriented mindset with multicultural sensitivity.
3. Proactive and organized with attention to detail.
4. Creative proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, or other digital tools.
5. Fluency in English and French.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail and client experience is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree, preferably in a related field.
