1. Plan, prepare, and deliver exceptional client experiences and events in alignment with Maison guidelines.
2. Provide CRM support to the Oceania network.
3. Execute in-boutique activations and bespoke out-of-boutique experiences.
4. Curate client itineraries and travel arrangements for international events.
5. Coordinate festive client gifting initiatives with relevant stakeholders and departments.
6. Support boutique teams with reporting and client insights.
7. Liaise with key stakeholders for client recruitment and retention campaigns.
8. Create and maintain relationships with the Maison’s key suppliers.

1. Proven experience in luxury client treatments or event management.

Previous experience in luxury client treatments or event management is required.
