- Plan, prepare, and deliver exceptional client experiences and events in alignment with Maison guidelines.
- Provide CRM support to the Oceania network.
- Execute in-boutique activations and bespoke out-of-boutique experiences.
- Curate client itineraries and travel arrangements for international events.
- Coordinate festive client gifting initiatives with relevant stakeholders and departments.
- Support boutique teams with reporting and client insights.
- Liaise with key stakeholders for client recruitment and retention campaigns.
- Create and maintain relationships with the Maison’s key suppliers.
- Proven experience in luxury client treatments or event management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Client-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility and reliability.
Previous experience in luxury client treatments or event management is required.
