Van Cleef & Arpels Client Events Project Assistant (Intern)

1. Support the Project Manager in planning and executing exclusive client events, from pre‑event logistics to post‑event follow‑up.
2. Manage guest lists, invitations and RSVPs; maintain and update attendee databases with precision and confidentiality.
3. Coordinate with boutiques, internal teams (PR, CRM, Operations) and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
4. Prepare event materials: briefings, seating plans, name lists, itineraries, and presentation decks.
5. Assist with day‑of event operations including onsite coordination, welcome procedures and VIP handling.
6. Compile post‑event reports and analytics to evaluate guest attendance, satisfaction and operational outcomes.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in event management, marketing, communications or luxury management.
2. Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and deadlines.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication; professional phone and email etiquette.
4. High level of discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
5. Keen interest in luxury goods, client experience and high‑end events.

Enrolment in a relevant higher education program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in event management, marketing, communications or luxury management.
