1. Assist in the coordination of guest management strategies for events.
2. Ensure consistency in client experience across various markets in collaboration with team members.
3. Support the project manager in logistical organization for the Watches & Wonders event.
4. Contribute to planning, monitoring, and execution of service delivery.
5. Negotiate with service providers.
6. Manage contracts, quotes, invoices, and confidentiality agreements.
7. Monitor budgets allocated to various events.
8. Provide innovative suggestions to enhance client treatment at future events.
9. Contribute to the evolution of client experience standards within the Maison.
