1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the local clientele and create strategic action plans to expand the client portfolio.
2. Analyze client data to identify business opportunities, trends, and synergies across boutiques.
3. Monitor client performance and provide qualitative insights, escalating local needs for specific analyses and tool enhancements.
4. Propose client KPIs at both boutique and market levels, sharing best practices and supporting boutiques in action plan development.
5. Manage and implement local contact plans, ensuring the execution of a 360-degree client strategy.
6. Roll out clienteling actions, monitor performance, and ensure local clienteling tools are well understood and utilized by sales associates.
7. Act as the primary contact for client data topics, ensuring the implementation of client-related projects in Korea.
8. Monitor data collection and quality, promoting data awareness and performing necessary checks.
9. Establish a strong partnership with the Region Client Development & Insight team.

1. Extensive experience in CRM, marketing, or retail within the luxury retail sector.

1. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
2. Proactive and enthusiastic approach with clients and colleagues.
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines concurrently.
4. Excellent communication skills in Korean and English.

Extensive experience in CRM, marketing, or retail within the luxury retail sector is required.
