1. Define and implement the region's yearly client development action plan in alignment with the Regional AVP's vision and priorities.
2. Partner with Boutique Directors and Sales Managers to develop store-level client development strategies.
3. Set annual client KPIs and define actionable plans to achieve them.
4. Collaborate with the Corporate CRM team to analyze the region's client database and uncover growth opportunities.
5. Work with the Client Insight team to generate client lists and analyze client-centric reports.
6. Recommend strategic clienteling actions based on data insights and performance trends.
7. Support the continuous training of Sales Associates to elevate client development skills.
8. Establish client objectives for different segments and track progression.
9. Assist in identifying and optimizing key client moments throughout the year to enhance engagement.

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within the luxury retail industry.

1. Deep understanding of CRM strategy.
2. Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
5. Strong communication and networking abilities.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar position within the luxury retail industry, with a focus on CRM strategy and client database management.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Expected salary range is $120,000 to $125,000 per year. This role is eligible for a yearly bonus.
