Van Cleef & Arpels Client Development Coordinator

- Coordinate all relevant stakeholders for each boutique opening project.
- Support the deployment of tools in boutiques and provide local team support.
- Collaborate with the Retail Operations Manager and Boutique Back-of-House teams on operational and process-related topics, including PLV, F&B, and printing materials.
- Work closely with boutiques, other departments, and vendors on client development activities, such as in-boutique activations and client gifting campaigns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Client Experience Guidelines and Tools across all boutiques, ensuring alignment with Maison's standards.
- Perform administrative tasks including vendor creation/extension, purchase order raising, invoice processing, reporting, and general office operations coordination.
- Coordinate team calendars and plan meetings.
- Experience in administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail.
Experience in administrative roles within a luxury retail environment is preferred.
