1. Handle inbound client communications via calls, emails, and social media with professionalism.
2. Process phone orders and manage data entry in Customer Relations Center systems.
3. Apply strong selling and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets.
4. Develop personal client portfolios to ensure client loyalty and engagement.
5. Acquire and maintain expert knowledge of Maison products and history to provide exceptional service.
6. Follow up on client satisfaction metrics and respond to feedback.
7. Convey the Maison's identity and expertise through storytelling and product knowledge.
8. Manage boutique calls and provide accurate product information.
9. Advise clients on e-Retail procedures and book appointments as necessary.
10. Maintain accurate client data in Salesforce and collaborate with internal networks.
11. Manage private messages on Instagram and Facebook, advising on e-Retail procedures.

1. Proficient in written and verbal communication in French and English (additional European languages are a plus).
2. Excellent understanding of client services and luxury retail.
3. Commercially driven with a strong sales orientation.
4. Advanced computer literacy and keyboarding skills of at least 50 words per minute.
5. Previous experience in high jewelry and a strong client profile base is advantageous.
