- Handle inbound client communications via calls, emails, and social media with professionalism.
- Process phone orders and manage data entry in Customer Relations Center systems.
- Apply strong selling and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets.
- Develop personal client portfolios to ensure client loyalty and engagement.
- Acquire and maintain expert knowledge of Maison products and history to provide exceptional service.
- Follow up on client satisfaction metrics and respond to feedback.
- Convey the Maison's identity and expertise through storytelling and product knowledge.
- Manage boutique calls and provide accurate product information.
- Advise clients on e-Retail procedures and book appointments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate client data in Salesforce and collaborate with internal networks.
- Manage private messages on Instagram and Facebook, advising on e-Retail procedures.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in French and English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Excellent understanding of client services and luxury retail.
- Commercially driven with a strong sales orientation.
- Advanced computer literacy and keyboarding skills of at least 50 words per minute.
- Previous experience in high jewelry and a strong client profile base is advantageous.
- Superb communication skills in French and English.
- Strong client-centric approach with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Team player with a positive and dedicated attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new competencies.
Background in client support, hospitality, or luxury retail is preferred.
