1. Provide exceptional client support via phone and web-based channels during the Christmas peak period.
2. Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
3. Identify sales opportunities and develop personal client portfolios to enhance client loyalty.
4. Possess and convey expert knowledge of Maison products, history, and procedures.
5. Handle inbound client communications professionally, including calls, emails, and social media interactions.
6. Process phone orders and manage data entry within CRC systems.
7. Exhibit strong selling and negotiation skills to meet sales targets.
8. Serve as a role model in the Maison selling ceremony and embody the Maison identity.
9. Manage boutique calls and provide accurate product information to clients.
10. Collaborate proactively with internal networks to ensure a seamless client experience.
11. Maintain accurate client data in Salesforce and follow up on client satisfaction KPIs.

1. Proficient in written and verbal communication in German and English; additional European languages are advantageous.
2. Strong understanding of client services and luxury retail.
3. Commercially driven with a sales-oriented mindset.
4. Advanced computer literacy and keyboarding skills of at least 50 words per minute.
5. Previous experience in high jewelry and a strong client profile base is a plus.
