- Provide exceptional client support via phone and web-based channels during the Christmas peak period.
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop personal client portfolios to enhance client loyalty.
- Possess and convey expert knowledge of Maison products, history, and procedures.
- Handle inbound client communications professionally, including calls, emails, and social media interactions.
- Process phone orders and manage data entry within CRC systems.
- Exhibit strong selling and negotiation skills to meet sales targets.
- Serve as a role model in the Maison selling ceremony and embody the Maison identity.
- Manage boutique calls and provide accurate product information to clients.
- Collaborate proactively with internal networks to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate client data in Salesforce and follow up on client satisfaction KPIs.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in German and English; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of client services and luxury retail.
- Commercially driven with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Advanced computer literacy and keyboarding skills of at least 50 words per minute.
- Previous experience in high jewelry and a strong client profile base is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-centric approach and service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new competencies.
Previous experience in client support, hospitality, or luxury retail is required.
