1. Manage all inbound communications including calls, emails, and social media messages, ensuring a professional and engaging client interaction.
2. Process orders initiated via phone, requiring precise data entry into the Customer Relations Center systems.
3. Exhibit strong selling and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
4. Drive sales to meet and exceed the Maison's targets.
5. Serve as a role model in executing the Maison's selling ceremony.
6. Develop and maintain personal client portfolios to ensure loyalty and long-term relationships.
7. Acquire and apply new product knowledge to act as an expert for the Maison.
8. Monitor client satisfaction KPIs and respond to client feedback.
9. Convey the Maison's products, history, and events through effective storytelling.
10. Understand and apply the Maison's e-Retail procedures including selling, customer service, returns, and exchanges.
11. Act as a reference for High Jewellery, Jewellery, and Watchmaking expertise.
12. Collaborate proactively with internal networks to offer a seamless client experience.

1. Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
2. Background in client support, hospitality, or luxury retail.
3. Strong understanding of client services and luxury retail solutions.
4. Commercially driven with a sales-oriented mindset.

1. Proficient communication skills in German and English.
2. Advanced computer literacy and keyboarding skills (minimum 50 wpm).
3. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
4. Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
5. Eagerness to learn new competencies and knowledge.

Previous experience in high jewellery or luxury retail is advantageous, along with a strong client profile base.

Competitive salary including a 13th month, bonus, commission, and full reimbursement of travel costs.
