Van Cleef & Arpels Change Management Specialist

- Orchestrate and deliver comprehensive change management plans.
- Conduct impact analysis and define strategic plans for transformation.
- Develop and deploy change management actions across various workshops and support functions.
- Establish and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting practices to measure the impact of change initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate the adoption strategy for change management at the Operations & Métiers level.
- Organize and lead meetings with relevant stakeholders to co-create change management actions.
- Produce structured and visual project documentation, including project communications, workshop materials, and meeting summaries.
- Ensure timely dissemination of project documentation to appropriate stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate potential risks and arbitration needs to the Change Management Lead.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex transformation plans.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite is an advantage.
- Dynamic and comfortable with facilitating workshops and group discussions.
A minimum of 3 years in change management, ideally within a consultancy setting, is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Comprehensive training on the brand's history, craftsmanship, and culture upon integration.
