1. Orchestrate and deliver comprehensive change management plans.
2. Conduct impact analysis and define strategic plans for transformation.
3. Develop and deploy change management actions across various workshops and support functions.
4. Establish and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting practices to measure the impact of change initiatives.
5. Coordinate and facilitate the adoption strategy for change management at the Operations & Métiers level.
6. Organize and lead meetings with relevant stakeholders to co-create change management actions.
7. Produce structured and visual project documentation, including project communications, workshop materials, and meeting summaries.
8. Ensure timely dissemination of project documentation to appropriate stakeholders.
9. Identify and escalate potential risks and arbitration needs to the Change Management Lead.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, preferably within a consultancy environment.
2. Proven ability to manage and deliver complex transformation plans.

1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Familiarity with Adobe Suite is an advantage.
5. Dynamic and comfortable with facilitating workshops and group discussions.

A minimum of 3 years in change management, ideally within a consultancy setting, is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
