1. Serve as an ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels, embodying the brand's identity and expertise.
2. Welcome and assist all visitors and clients entering the boutique.
3. Drive business by recruiting clients, fostering client loyalty, and achieving sales objectives.
4. Enhance clients' understanding of the brand by presenting its universe, history, creations, and inspirations.
5. Deliver an exceptional client experience by personalizing relationships and anticipating needs.
6. Respond to all client requests, including after-sales services and care advice.
7. Contribute to a positive team spirit by actively participating in daily boutique operations.
8. Develop operational excellence by mastering in-store tools and adhering to commercial policies and procedures.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality.

3. Detail-oriented and enthusiastic.
4. Proficiency in English; additional Asian languages are advantageous.

Candidates must have a proven track record in luxury retail or hospitality environments.
