- Serve as an ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels, embodying the brand's identity and expertise.
- Welcome and assist all visitors and clients entering the boutique.
- Drive business by recruiting clients, fostering client loyalty, and achieving sales objectives.
- Enhance clients' understanding of the brand by presenting its universe, history, creations, and inspirations.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by personalizing relationships and anticipating needs.
- Respond to all client requests, including after-sales services and care advice.

- Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented and enthusiastic.
- Proficiency in English; additional Asian languages are advantageous.
Candidates must have a proven track record in luxury retail or hospitality environments.
